This site is a directory, not a provider

Common Ground's website helps visitors find and contact independent counselors. We do not provide counseling or therapy ourselves, and we are not a party to the counseling relationship formed between a visitor and any counselor listed here.

Not for emergencies

This site is not equipped to respond to crises. If you are in danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately rather than using this website or its booking form.

Counselor listings

Counselor profiles are self-reported and reviewed for basic completeness before publication, but we do not independently verify licenses, credentials, or claims made in a counselor's profile. Visitors are encouraged to verify a counselor's credentials directly before beginning treatment.

Account responsibilities

Counselors are responsible for keeping their own login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information in their profile. We may remove a profile that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or misleading.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
